ZIZI KODWA’S CORRUPTION CASE POSTPONED The two face charges of Contravention of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, emanating from the period between April 2015 to February 2016, when Kodwa was African National Congress (ANC) national spokesperson. Ahead of the court proceedings on Thursday, Kodwa maintained his innocence and his legal representation Zola Majavu also insists that the state’s case is weak. “Having gone through the docket as provided to me by the state, having read the charge sheet and the information that they are hoping to substantiate the judges on, their case is palpably weak,” Majavu told eNCA .
