When it comes to cereals, Vicky folds down one of the long flaps on the box, then tucks in the two shorter tabs - carefully folding them in half to pinch in the top of the box.

She then folds the last long flap down and reveals how the cereal is now completely sealed. It's also worth making sure the plastic bag containing the cereals is tightly secure. Vicky also shows how to keep bread fresh for longer, by twisting a half-eaten loaf then wrapping the leftover packaging back over the remaining slices to make sure they're well sealed.
