Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput rented out their posh apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli area, reportedly bringing in a monthly rent of ₹20 lakh. According to documents reviewed by SquareYards and cited by a media outlet, the expansive 5,395-square-foot apartment, which includes three designated car parking spaces, was built by Oberoi Realty as part of the luxurious Three Sixty West project. The rental contract for this lavish property was finalized on November 7 and will remain in effect for the next five years.

The apartment has been leased to Dipan Bhuptani, a senior executive at D’Decor Home Fabrics, who, per the agreement, has provided an initial security deposit of ₹1.23 crore. The rental arrangement for the Kapoor residence features a structured rate increase over time.



In the first year, the monthly rent is set at ₹20.5 lakh, which will gradually rise to ₹23.98 lakh by the final year of the agreement.

Notably, the deal includes a 10-month rent-free period, as reported by Hindustan Times. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput tied the knot on July 7, 2015, in Gurgaon in a marriage arranged by their families, followed by a grand reception in Mumbai. Following their wedding, the couple moved into the Worli apartment, a property estimated to be worth around ₹55 crore.
