Monday, October 7, 2024 To bolster its BOLD (Black Owners and Lodging Developers) and Women Own the Room initiatives, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has introduced the Accelerator Circle , designed to provide franchisees with exclusive access to industry professionals, peer networks, and expert guidance. The Accelerator Circle aims to facilitate the success of diverse hotel owners through small-group virtual meetups focused on fast-tracking hotel openings and maximizing performance. The Accelerator Circle creates a platform for BOLD and Women Own the Room franchisees to connect with existing owners and industry professionals, enabling them to benefit from operational support, mentorship, and tailored solutions to overcome common challenges.
Since the inception of these initiatives, more than 90 hotel deals have been secured with Black and women hoteliers, with over 20 hotels now operational.
