Camera club snappers have been out and about capturing winged wildlife across the county. Our keen photographers took some beautiful pictures of ducks, swans and other birds against the backdrop of Sussex’s warm and vibrant autumnal tones. On Sunday, November 10, Joanna Kaczorowska visited Mewsbrook Park in Littlehampton, where a number of birds can be seen enjoying the day on the water.

The seaside park, opened in 1939, contains a range of facilities including a boating lake, miniature railway, café, original art deco shelters and a children’s play area. Glynn Rubidge took his camera to Widewater Lagoon in Lancing and Brooklands Park in Worthing on Saturday, November 9. He captured a range of birds, including, blue tits, a wren and a robin, perched on branches..
