August 15, 1944 October 20, 2024 WILMA JEAN KELLER, 80, passed away peacefully October 20, 2024, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. At Wilma's request, cremation has taken place, and no public services will be held. Memorials in her name can be made to Gracie's Promise or the Jeannie Wells Memorial Scholarship at Eastern Wyoming College.

Wilma was born August 15, 1944, in Torrington, Wyoming to William and Myrl (Cooper) Abel. She grew up and attended K-12 in Veteran and graduated from high school in 1962. Right after graduating she married Richard "Dick" Keller in Torrington, Wyoming on May 27, 1962.

To this union, three children were born: William Kerry Keller, Duane Lee Keller and Suzanne Rae Keller. The couple raised their children on their farm in Veteran until they sold and moved to Torrington in 1985. Wilma was a very devoted family woman.

She loved supporting her children in their many activities. It was rare for Wilma to miss a wrestling match, track meet, rodeo, football or basketball game. If her kids were involved, she was there, cheering them on.

After her children were grown and had children of their own, she was excited to do the same thing with her grandchildren. Some of Wilma's hobbies included tending to her flowers and her garden, crafting and sewing. Out of all the things she enjoyed in her life, she found.
