There’s only one chapter left before Jujutsu Kaisen manga comes to an end but there’s many loose ends left to tie. What was Kenjaku’s true plan, what about the merger, what was the point of the culling game, how did Nobara survive, Sukuna’s past arc, who killed Sukuna before, and the list goes on. Will author Gege Akutami manage to deliver all the unanswered questions in the final chapter? It feels highly unlikely, maybe that’s exactly why speculation is rife that Gege might continue the Jujutsu Kaisen lore in a sequel series.

To fans’ disappointment Shonen Jump has broken silence on the ongoing rumour announcing, “There’s no official confirmation of any continuation or sequel for Jujutsu Kaisen in the preview of Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #44.” But don’t be disheartened quickly because the Japanese magazine also teased, “We’ll keep updating with any possible news or announcements given once the series ends next week.” Regarding Editor Comments: There's no official confirmation of any continuation or sequel for Jujutsu Kaisen in the preview of Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #44.

twitter.com/fq3mNNYKCL — Shonen Jump News (@WSJ_manga) September 22, 2024 This means there’s still hope left for Jujutsu Kaisen. Though there’s no such official confirmation of any sequel or continuation as of yet, there's a possibility that its announcement will be made when the final chapter is published.

As of now, Jujutsu Kaisen Manga is INDEED ending next week. Even if, God willing, Gege has decided to continue JJK, then it won't be announced untill the final chap drops next week. So untill then, no officials would hint at continuation.

Please don't be confused & wait patiently— Myamura (@Go_Jover) September 21, 2024 Die-hard fans must know that Gege Akutami has known how to end Jujutsu Kaisen for years now. In a postscript released in 2021, the author confirmed, “I’ve already decided on the final chapter’s content as well as several things that will happen along the way. However, I still don’t know how the dots will connect.

I hope everything will turn out okay. But will I be able to finish it?” Alongside final chap, there'll also be a postcard with specially drawn message by Gege Akutami #JujutsuKaisen pic.twitter.
