But the title kept changing , with past iterations including Agatha: The Darkhold Diaries, Agatha: House of Harkness, Agatha: Coven of Chaos, and Agatha: The Lying Witch With a Great Wardrobe .

There’s a coven that Agatha needs to assemble and sing to before she can regain her power, there are campy line readings by LuPone (“the Witches’ Road is a death wish”), there’s Florence Welch on the soundtrack, and Agatha is even granted a familiar (it’s a twink who is mysteriously only identified as “Teen”). The Witches’ Road seems to promise some scream-worthy horrors, but Harkness is still in good enough spirits to quip, “Last one there is a nice person.
” Gonna be one campy Halloween season. WandaVision creator Jac Schaeffer is back as head writer and executive producer. “I remember Kevin [Feige] saying to me, ‘We really should think about an actual Agatha show,’” she recalled in a WandaVision Blu-ray featurette .
“And I was like, ‘Where do I sign for that job?’” The first two episodes of Agatha All Along are due to drop on Disney+ on September 18. It sure seems like it. Based on posts on Marvel and WandaVision ’s social-media accounts, this all seems to have been a cheeky way of building Agatha’s reputation as the one who’s “been messing up everything.
