James 'Jaymi' Hensley has been 'cleared' after the shocking death of his fiance Oliver Marmon . The Union J singer, 34, tragically lost his soon-to-be husband on Monday morning after Olly, 33, plummeted from a third-floor window at the Hind Hotel in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Paramedics rushed to the scene at around 11.

30pm, but Olly was devastatingly pronounced dead an hour later. Northamptonshire Police launched a murder investigation and arrested a 34-year-old man from Rushden, Northants on suspicion of murder. However, he was later released without charge.

Now, detectives confirmed that they are no longer treating the case as murder following the results of a forensic post-mortem. A forensic postmortem examination was carried out on Tuesday, August 13 at Leicester Royal Infirmary. The preliminary results of the investigation revealed the cause of death to be injuries sustained from a fall from height.

Detectives have confirmed they are no longer treating the case as murder but explained that the arrest was necessary to provide Olly's loved ones with answers and to treat the incident with the "utmost seriousness" it deserved. Detective Chief Inspector Johnny Campbell, in charge of the investigation, said: "This has been a complex and fast-moving investigation, and our thoughts remain with Olly's family and loved ones at this very difficult time. It is only right that an incident such as this is treated with the utmost seriousness, to make sure we have done all we can to understand what has happened and to get the answers those left behind need and want.

" The official police statement read: "In Olly's case, I can confirm the evidence we have examined did not support his death as a homicide, which has now been further confirmed by the results of the preliminary forensic post-mortem report. "Our initial findings and decision have been explained to Olly's family who will continue to be supported by Northamptonshire Police as they mourn the loss of their loved one. A 34-year-old man arrested in connection with this incident has been released without charge and is now assisting the investigation team with the coroner's process.

" Olly was a hairdresser and recently worked alongside his stepdad gardening . He met Jaymi, who rose to fame in a boyband on The X Factor , when he was 18 years old. The couple were only weeks away from their wedding after 15 years together.

Olly's family has paid a touching tribute to him following the tragedy, with his mum Julie and stepdad Steve Peacock explaining "words cannot express the devastation and heartbreak" they are feeling. Julie wrote: "Oliver was so caring, loving, quiet and always put others before himself", adding: "He touched many lives and everyone he met fell in love with him." Olly's brother Ben called his younger brother his "little ray of sunshine" and added: "You are my best friend.

You radiate joy and excitement to all around you. You are full of creativity and spontaneous ideas for fun. You are the light of happiness in every room.

You are so kind and caring and happy to walk in anyone’s shadow as long as everyone else is smiling. "You are the bravest soul and no matter how much you felt different you were always so loved by everyone. Never underestimate the difference you made and the lives you touched.

I didn't tell you enough, but I was immensely proud of you. Always my best friend and my little Bruva bear.".
