As Delta Air Lines proudly marks its centennial year, the celebration extends beyond its history and milestones. The airline emphasizes the vital role its employees play in the company’s success. In a generous gesture of appreciation, Delta is distributing $1.

4 billion in profit-sharing to its dedicated workforce, recognizing and rewarding the hard work of its team members. The legacy carrier plans to enhance the travel experience for its frequent fliers through collaborations with Uber, YouTube, and NFL star Tom Brady. On February 14, also known as Delta's Profit Sharing Day, eligible employees will receive an estimated payout of 10% of their earnings, which translates to around five weeks’ worth of additional pay.
