Whoopi Goldberg is not here for Taylor Swift ‘s vilification and defended the singer amid the Kansas City Chiefs fans trying to blame her for Travis Kelce ‘s “slow start” to the NFL season. The View took to the “Hot Topics” table to debate some fans saying Swift is the culprit of Kelce’s slowest start to the football season since his rookie season. “Apparently they forgot that they won the Super Bowl last year with [Kelce] and they were just as tight then as they are now,” Goldberg said.
The Chiefs have won all three games this season, but Kelce has only had eight catches for 69 yards and zero touchdowns so far. Swift attended Kelce’s first two games and skipped the latest game, in which the Chiefs faced off against the Falcons, which ended with a score of 22-17.
