Rap legend Nicki Minaj’s up-and-coming half-sister Ming Maraj – better known as Ming Luanli or Ming Li – seems to be following in her footsteps, but her big sis apparently had some choice words for the rookie rapper after she spoke about the “Anaconda” star on a podcast. Ming Li, 18, who shares her late father Robert Maraj with Minaj, went on the We in Miami Podcast recently, where she opened up about getting bullied and questioned about Minaj’s presence – or lack thereof – in her life. She said she received comments like, “Oh, if this person was your sister, why didn’t she do this for you?” which made her feel “attacked” and “vulnerable”.

” After the We in Miami podcast covered Minaj’s response, Ming Li left a message in the comments, writing, “I still love her, I tried as a sister to please her but I realise I gotta please God first, cause only he can judge the gift he gave me.” Regardless of her relationship with Minaj, she is clear about one thing: “As I’m starting my music career, I’ll no longer be known as Nicki Minaj’s little sister,” she said, according to British media.
