How highly did you rate Connor Galvin's hanger last weekend in the last-quarter? or signup to continue reading It was a beauty and Connor's grab has certainly provided us with a bit of ammo to fire at Alec Sullivan who was the step ladder for him. A few of the boys have been stirring Alec up and reckon he will end up on a footy card, the mark was that good. To get within a kick of Osborne on their home deck, you would have walked away with a fair few positives from the match? Absolutely, the match could have gone either way but credit to Osborne, they are a quality side and there is a reason why they haven't been beaten at home for such a long time.

We will take a lot of confidence out of our performance in a match played with finals-like intensity. After losing to Osborne, the stakes are suddenly high this weekend with Lockhart a chance to finish top-two if they can win their last two matches against Holbrook and Jindera? It's a credit to Lockhart and it's been a massive turnaround considering they didn't win a match two years ago. Obviously we are desperate to finish top-two and this week is going to be similar to last week in that we will be treating the match like a final for sure.

Obviously you were missing a few big names last weekend in Brad Carman, Logan Hamilton and Jock Triggs. Do you expect to get anyone back against the Demons. Obviously Gestier will miss this week as well after being stretchered off the ground last weekend.

We will probably include big Logan Hamilton after what happened to Gestier and hopefully get a couple more back the following week in the last round. What do you feel is the key to beating Lockhart who haven't lost a match at home all season? They are a young, quick side so we have to be wary of them getting the ball on the outside which is a big part of our game as well. So I imagine it's going to be a fairly high tempo match and their top end talent is as good as any in the competition so you have to be accountable.

Culcairn v Howlong RWW Giants v Osborne Henty v Brock-Burrum Lockhart v Holbrook Magpies v CDHBU Bill. Crows v Jindera Holbrook looked destined to meet Osborne in the second semi-final for most of the season but a recent loss against CDHBU has opened the door for Lockhart to finish top-two. The Demons won't lack any confidence against the Brookers and are undefeated at home and on an eight-match winning streak.
