After 43 years of being the iconic leading man on the game show, Sajak was replaced by Ryan Seacrest , who seems to be taking some heat from the fans as he struggles to step into the retired host's shadow . Although he has been able to score a ratings high, fans are still divided because of his “awkward” on-air stage habits and technical blunders.

This will be the first episode of Sajak’s last season hosting the celebrity competition. However, fans will have to wait to see the rest of the episodes as they are currently set to air in 2025. While Chance the Rapper and Lil Jon will star on the holiday episode, the rest of the season will include guest appearances from Tiffany Haddish , Regina Hall, Josh Gad, among others.
