Anti Inflammatory Weight Loss Diet: Actors Vidya Balan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently revealed that they follow the ‘anti-inflammatory diet’ which has helped them lose weight. Vidhya Balan has lost a considerable weight loss. In a recent interview, she revealed that she achieved this weight loss by following an anti-inflammatory diet and ‘no exercise.
