Neeraj Chopra, who won a silver medal in javelin throw at the Paris Olympics 2024, follows a strict diet routine to maintain his fitness. Despite adhering to a disciplined regimen, he occasionally indulges in spicy and tasty treats. In an interview, Chopra revealed that body fat percentages vary by sport; bodybuilders should have around 5-7%, while javelin throwers should aim for about 10-10.
