Wednesday, October 2, 2024 WestJet Group has announced the appointment of Jacqui McGillivray as its new Executive Vice-President and Chief People Officer, effective October 7, 2024. With over 30 years of experience in transforming global organizations, McGillivray will succeed Angela Avery, who had previously announced her retirement. Avery will remain in an advisory role to ensure a seamless transition.
