In front of a sold-out crowd of 1,556, the Warriors snapped a three-game losing streak in commanding fashion, dominating the visiting Penticton Vees from the opening whistle to the final buzzer in a 3-0 victory. It was a far cry from embarrassing losses to Brooks and Vernon over the weekend, games in which they fell behind by four and never looked to be able to find their way back.
It was a 360 degree reversal Tuesday night, following a long day of watching and breaking down video Sunday. “We needed to go through it, we needed to go through the video and watch the video together as a team. Understood some areas we needed to clean up and took a pre-game skate which we haven’t done in three years,” said head coach Simon Ferguson.
