As part of the 2024 GP Patient Survey, residents were sent questionnaires and asked to rate their local practice’s reception and administrative team, as well as how easy it is to contact them on the phone. The England-wide survey provides practice level assessment of patient experiences at their GP surgeries. Across Welwyn Hatfield, Potterells Medical Centre was rated the GP surgery where it is easiest to get through on the phone, and the GP surgery where receptionists are rated helpful the most often.
