Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Ranjitha Alva as its new spa manager. With nearly two decades of expertise in wellness and spa management, Alva is poised to bring a fresh perspective and elevate the hotel’s renowned service to new heights.

Her arrival highlights the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining its distinguished reputation. An Ayurvedic doctor and certified Komyo Reiki professional, Alva joins Four Seasons Bengaluru after her successful tenure at The Leela Bhartiya City Hotel & Residences. There, she was celebrated for creating a serene environment, leading yoga and meditation sessions, and curating comprehensive spa treatment menus.



Her career also includes over a decade at The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa in Bengaluru, where she held the roles of wellness consultant and Spa Manager. Alva’s impressive portfolio extends internationally, with roles as a spa consultant and trainer at The Ross Spa in Wichita Falls, Texas, and as a spa manager at the Country Club Hotel in Bur Dubai. Additionally, she has served as a wellness consultant at an Ayurvedic resort in Kerala and as an Ayurvedic consultant at Cida de Goa, a 5-star deluxe resort.

In her new role at Four Seasons Bengaluru, Alva will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wellness and spa operations, ensuring that guests enjoy exceptional and rejuvenating experiences. She will focus on upholding the highest standards of service, financial accountability, and operational efficiency while leading her team to achieve unparalleled guest satisfaction.
