A Warwickshire hotel has recently been awarded three AA rosettes. Mallory Court Country House Hotel and Spa in Leamington is part of the award-winning Eden Hotel Collection. The full inspection reads: "In a tranquil rural setting, Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa is an elegant Lutyens-style country house, set in 10 acres of landscaped gardens with immaculate lawns and an orchard.

Bedrooms in the main house are luxuriously decorated and most have wonderful views; those in the Knights Suite are more contemporary and have their own access via a smart conference and banqueting facility. The hotel also has a state-of-the-art Elan Spa.
" The spa was named one of the UK's best 'cosy spas' from SpaSeekers.com in February 2024, and was praised for its 'elegance', 'breathtaking views', and 'sublime treatments'. It also won a 5 Bubble rating from The Good Spa Guide in 2023.
The Elan spa includes a wide range of facilities including indoor and outdoor saunas, a hydrotherapy swimming pool and a rejuvenating vitality pool, alongside a Spa Café. The menus are said to reflect the changing seasons, with 'daily tweaks' to make the best of what's available locally, with a 'modern British style' alongside 'visually pleasing dishes'. The inspector added: "A tasting menu is available, or a choice of two or three courses à la carte. Starters could be suckling pork belly with broad bean and sherry jelly, or try neatly presented Cornish cod loin, wrapped in nori with a deliciously light prawn mousse – a thoughtfully constructed dish with spot-on flavours.
You might follow that with tender Creedy Carver chicken breast and thigh, vibrant Wye Valley asparagus, hen of the wood, homemade ricotta, and black garlic with a rich jus as a really nicely conceived, grown-up main course. Dessert choices might include a very pretty, well-balanced dish of Manjari chocolate, coffee mousse, caramel, yogurt sorbet, and aerated chocolate." One guest who visited recently said: "I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations.
The customer service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. My room was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The garden is truly beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque environment to relax in.
Breakfast was equally impressive, with a delicious and varied selection that catered to all tastes." Chloe Argen added: "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it completed exceeded our expectations. The spa offered the best massages we have ever had and the facilities were incredibly clean, quiet and modern.
