Friday, November 22, 2024 Walt Disney World Resort recently celebrated its second annual “Diwali Dance Fest,” bringing together over 300 talented dancers from across North America. The vibrant three-day event highlighted the rich cultural tapestry of India, featuring colorful parades, an exciting dance showcase at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and captivating performances that represented the diverse traditions of India’s many regions. The Walt Disney World Resort came alive with vibrant Diwali celebrations, featuring dazzling dance performances that celebrated India’s rich cultural heritage at the renowned tourist destination.

The “Diwali Dance Fest” made its grand return for the second consecutive year, bringing together over 300 dancers from across North America, as announced in a press release on Wednesday. Spanning three days, from November 7 to November 10, the festival of lights was marked by a spectacular parade and an immersive three-hour dance showcase. The event was conceptualized and brought to life by Jeanie Beri, the founder of Jashn Productions.



The vibrant three-day celebration at Disney World Resort in Florida featured an official parade at Disney Springs, where dancers presented a 20-minute choreographed performance for an enthusiastic crowd of parents, supporters, and visitors. The festivities concluded with the highly anticipated Dance Fest Showcase at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, showcasing talent from 17 dance schools. Perfor.
