Give it up, dude. Per the Associated Press , a federal judge has ordered pharma bro Martin Shkreli to turn over any digital copies he has of the rare, unreleased Wu-Tang Clan album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin to his lawyers by this Friday. According to the Monday ruling, he also has until September 30 to report the names of everyone he distributed the music to and how much revenue he has made from it.

Shkreli bragged about owning the only physical copy of the album for years, but was forced to forfeit it after being convicted for securities fraud in 2017. He was sued this June by PleasrDAO, the cryptocurrency collective that bought the album for $4.75 million.

PleasrDAO has accused Shkreli of holding onto digital copies and sharing them with his social media followers. An attorney for PleasrDAO said in a statement that Monday’s ruling was “an important victory for our client,” adding, “We are pleased that Judge Chen recognized that immediate relief was necessary to thwart the continuing bad acts of Mr. Shkreli.

” A lawyer for Shkreli stated that the judge’s order maintained “the perceived status quo” of the lawsuit’s progression and has “no bearing whatsoever on the final outcome of the case.” All this over an album that has had its authenticity disputed anyway! Maybe the Wu-Tang Clan will feel inspired to clown him in another song ?.
