Washington, D.C. (KGO) -- Wednesday night, Vice President Kamala Harris conceded the shortest presidential campaign in American history.
In just 107 days, she mounted an effort to take on former President Donald Trump. Harris addressed a deeply divided country from her alma mater Howard University after Trump won the popular vote and electoral college in decisive fashion. It was not the speech Vice President Harris wanted to deliver at her alma mater, but it's the one she had to- of moving the country forward together, of unifying the country, and respecting the peaceful transfer of power.
