VOGUE Williams has told how she "couldn't be prouder" of her hubby Spencer Matthews as he completed an incredible desert marathon. The Made In Chelsea star set out to the Jordan desert back in July to complete the world record for "most consecutive marathons ran on sand" . Spencer aimed to run 30 marathons in 30 days while attempting to break the record, a total of 1, 273km.

After a gruelling 4 weeks of continuous running, the 35-year-old has now been named as a Guinness World Record holder. The TV star completed his 30th marathon yesterday with his wife Vogue alongside him and their three kids waiting for them at the finish line. Throughout the challenge, Vogue has been super supportive of her other half for his incredible "strength" .



She took to her Instagram yesterday to congratulate her husband on the amazing achievement. The podcaster shared a sweet snap of herself and Spencer who were all smiles after completing the final run. Vogue captioned her post: "Couldn’t be prouder of my @spencermatthews an incredible achievement for an amazing cause.

"I joined him for 5k today and it was HOT and there were rocks everywhere, solid ground nowhere to be seen! "Impossible to many (especially me) but I always knew he would do it...

well done Spenno." Spencer wrote under the sweet post: "You're the best." Fans and friends flocked to the comment section to congratulate him.

Sarah said: "Absolutely incredible! So inspiring - what determination! A legend and what a legacy to his family." Ruth Langsford wrote: "Unbelievable!" Anna commented: "A superhuman challenge - incredible achievement." Maxine gushed: "He’s truly inspirational.

" Another added: "Beautiful couple and amazing Family! Well done Spencer you smashed it chap." The dad-of-three also took to Instagram immediately after the final marathon to express his delight at accomplishing his goal. He wrote: "I DID IT!!! I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT!! 30 DESERT MARATHONS IN 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.

"I am now a Guinness World Records holding endurance athlete - the first and only person to successfully run this many back-to-back marathons in these extreme conditions." The British star told followers that each day he ran "just over 42.2km or 26.
