Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have returned to the UK after spending two ‘brilliant’ days in Ireland. The pair jetted across the Irish Sea to celebrate a friend’s wedding, with Vogue, 38, branding it the most ‘chill’ event they’d been to. Adding that she got to spend some time with her favourite people, the mum-of-three was also pleased to report that ‘everyone was sound’, which she explained was ‘always a winner.
’ She posted on Instagram , ‘Such a brilliant two days at our friend’s wedding. It was the most chill wedding, and everyone was sound, so that’s always a winner. I got to spend lots of time with my favourite people.
’ Alongside the caption, the presenter shared some sweet photos from the wedding, including two of her and hubby Spencer and two of her sister, Amber. As the couple made tracks back to the UK so Vogue could cover for fellow Dubliner Ryan Tubridy on Virgin Radio, the model said she would love to start travelling around Ireland more, as the family spend most of their time across the water. ‘We stayed in the @Cashelpalace hotel. It’s obviously stunning, but the staff were beyond brilliant and made it even better!’ The presenter added that she would make a list of places to go and stay in Ireland, anticipating a family trip around the country soon. Vogue and Spencer have been relaxing and spending quality time together recently after Spencer completed a ’30 Marathons in 30 Days’ charity fundraiser in Africa.
Howth native Vogue has also been filling the boots of legendary broadcaster Ryan Tubridy as he takes a well-earned break from the airwaves on Virgin Media Radio and Dublin’s Q102 . Taking to Instagram this morning after her trip, she said, ‘Good morning, everyone. Here I am in Ryan’s show.
I am on until 1 pm, so if you want to listen to some really good music, tune in!’ The 51-year-old ex-Late Late Show presenter is jetting off to Dubai for an Irish Business Networking event, where he participated in a panel discussion and indulged in local delicacies..
