Pop icon Dua Lipa will soon be headlining a charity concert organized by Zomato platform in India. Ahead of the tour, the “New Rules” singer dropped a slide of pics from her previous India trip. The last picture in the IG slider, holding a kulhad (clay cup) with chai (tea) from a street side vendor, has gone viral.
The picture shows a Chaiwala serving tea to the locals, who are oblivious of a global popstar casually dropping by and sipping tea at the stall. Besides the IG pics, Dua also shared her upcoming India tour update on X/Twitter, stating, "India, I am coming back. ” She wrote that her New Year 2024 trip to India “ was a beautiful reminder of how much I love this place.
” She also shared the concert promo poster on her social media for her fans. The concert will be held in Mumbai on November 30, 2024, with tickets on sale starting August 27 on Zomato.
