These data were presented in a late-breaking oral presentation at the American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week 2024 in San Diego, California, and simultaneously published in a manuscript in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology. “The 96-week results from the ORIGIN Phase 2b study demonstrated sustained and substantial reductions in Gd-IgA1, hematuria and proteinuria as measured by UPCR with long-term stabilization of eGFR,” said Jonathan Barratt, MD, PhD, FRCP, Mayer Professor of Renal Medicine at the University of Leicester.
