The United States women’s basketball team clinched a quarterfinal berth with a dominant 87-68 win over Germany in the 2024 Paris Olympics on Sunday. Team USA went 3-0 in Group C and has now won 58 straight games in the Olympics. Jackie Young had a team-high 19 points, while Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson put up 14 points and added four steals.

New York Liberty’s Breanna Stewart scored 13 points with three boards. Team USA started slow, but found its groove and held Germany to just 10 points in the second quarter — which allowed the U.S.
