Andrey Tolkachev Upstream Bio ( UPB ), CeriBell ( CBLL ) and CAMP4 Therapeutics ( CAMP ) have set terms for their proposed initial public offerings. Upstream ( UPB ) said in its latest SEC filing that it was looking at offering 12.5M shares priced between $15 and $17, which would raise $200M.
