United and Chicago Bears partnership extends beyond flights, with community engagements like supporting Special Olympics Ambassadors.

For more than 50 years, United Airlines has been the official carrier for the Chicago Bears, the American football team based in Chicago that competes in the National Football League (NFL). This week, United Airlines has devised an innovative way to ensure more Bears fans make it to away games, even changing flight schedules to get them home quicker. Looking after the Bears On Tuesday, United Airlines (United) announced a first-of-its-kind flight schedule to encourage even more Chicago Bears to follow their beloved team at away games.

Last season, more than 76,000 Bears fans traveled to away games, placing them among the most devoted fans in the NFL. To make life as easy as possible for traveling fans, United is adjusting the departure times of six flights so they can fly home the same night as the away game. Included in the unique offer is the granddaddy of all away games, which will be played in London, UK, in October.

For this game, United is adding an additional Chicago O'Hare International (ORD) to London Heathrow (LHR) return flight. United Airlines has now signed deals to procure sustainable aviation fuel at airports in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and Amsterdam To accommodate the maximum amount of Bear support, United will fly larger aircraft between Chicago O'Hare and Reagan National Airport (DCA) on October 27. It will do the same to the Green Bay (GRB) for the Packers away game, with United's Senior Vice President of Global Network Planning Patrick Quayle adding: "As Chicago's Hometown Airline and long-standing sponsor of the Chicago Bears, we're proud to show our support this season with this special schedule for fans.

Our enhanced schedule gives customers options no other carrier is providing, making it easier for fans to support the Bears on the road during some of the biggest games of the season." Here are the changes As the official airline of the Chicago Bears for more than 50 years, United has flown the team to more than 350 games. Its extensive network has made it possible for thousands of fans to cheer on the Bears far away from home every season, and this year's adjustments will help that continue.
