His post highlights a visit to United's operations at Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) with his son, Logan. In addition to visiting the airport, Scott and Logan went to United's Inflight Training Center.

According to the post, Logan went to Tech Ops, attempted to pick up an aircraft tire, and was given incredible treatment at the training center. Logan's favorite part of the day was helping Dave, a technician at United for 40 years, clean an airplane windshield. In one of the photos, a staff member is shown presenting Logan with a Tech Ops vest, personalized with his name and the title of Jr.

Tech. Inflight training center United opened its new inflight training center in Houston in January 2023. The new facility is 56,000 square feet, larger than any of the other training centers.

The airline is capable of training 8,000 flight attendants annually in Houston. The new training center was just one part of a major investment by United in Houston. The center features a 125,000-gallon pool, an auditorium with more than 400 seats, and a mock fuselage for airplane evacuation drills.
