The Met Police confirmed that Taylor's upcoming five concerts at Wembley Stadium, kicking off on August 15, will have additional safety measures, like walk through metal detectors for attendees. The "Anti-Hero" songstress was scheduled to appear in the Austrian city of Vienna on August 8, 9, and 10, and perform in front of an estimated 170,000 fans. The three shows will now not be taking place after the attack.

Brand expert Nick Ede is estimating that the cancelations will cost Taylor nine-figures. In an interview with MailOnline, Nick calculated that on average, fans were spending around $700 per ticket to attend the three Eras Tour shows in Vienna, meaning that the concerts would have brought in around $136,500,000 through tickets alone. "This doesn't take into consideration the having to support the thousands of fans who have traveled to see her," he said.

He added: "The venue, the Ernst Happel Stadium, holds nearly 65,000 people and over three nights that's 195,000 audience members, but added to that, family members and fans who will be outside listening estimated at another 10,000 daily." He also said people traveling from other places to watch the show in Vienna were also expected to boost the city's economy, especially "All tickets were refunded which means a loss of millions and when Taylor was in London, the 'Swiftonomics' brought in around $380 million to the city so you can see that Vienna with impact on costs too." He said even if some people still make the trip, it won't compare to what the surge would have been like for the city to host everyone that was scheduled to be there this week.

"From hotels, air bnb's, food and drinks the 'Swiftonomics' is a cultural phenomenon and can literally turn around fortunes of businesses who are in and around the Eras Tour orbit.".
