The Uttar Pradesh Eco Tourism Development Board has launched an initiative to improve tourist amenities surrounding Udhaila Lake in Milkipur, with a funding allocation of approximately Rs 4 crore. This development was announced by Jaiveer Singh, Uttar Pradesh’s Minister of Tourism and Culture.
Udhaila Lake, located in Milkipur, Ayodhya, is recognized as a hotspot for migratory birds. To boost the influx of travelers and photographers to this natural haven, the Uttar Pradesh Eco Tourism Development Board has sanctioned Rs 3.81 crore for enhancing visitor facilities.
The proposed improvements will feature a children’s play area, ghats, a canteen, cottages, a parking lot, an entrance gate, a guard room, a ticket counter, a viewing mound, and a nature trail. “Uttar Pradesh is rapidly gaining prominence on the global tourism map.
