share 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Ubisoft has announced its first developer update for Star Wars Outlaws , which was released back in August this year, with the title’s new creative director Drew Rechner promising major changes to the game’s combat and stealth systems in the upcoming Title Update 1.4 . Via an official blog post , Rechner revealed that the patch will be the game’s “biggest update yet”, and that the studio is hard at work making the title “the best experience possible” for players by addressing feedback received post-launch.

The overhaul is set to target three main pillars: Combat, stealth and character controls. Combat is set to see an improvement via added “depth and excitement to the experience to reward tactics and precision”, Stealth will feature enhanced “readability and consistency of enemy detection”, while also providing players more choices to approach each encounter and finally, controls will be tweaked to ” improve the reliability of cover, increase the responsiveness of climbing and crouching” and provide better consistency in general. 3 , which launched in October and provided improvements in terms of stealth and enemy AI. The news also arrives in time with a switch up amongst leadership at the studio, with Rechner taking over the role of creative director after the departure of his predecessor, Julian Gerighty, who moved.
