Two "incredible" Sussex nature spots have been named among the best places in the UK to see autumn colours. Sheffield Park near Haywards Heath and the Halnaker tree tunnel near Chichester were featured alongside 25 other places in a list from Country Living. Discussing the creation of the list, the publication wrote: "Autumn is alive with a breathtaking palette of golden colours, brilliant blue skies and a crisp chill in the air.
"Wherever you live in the UK, it's the perfect time to slip on your walking boots and soak up all the season has to offer.
