The Ivy Asia has launched new set menus for autumn. Guests can choose between the Dragon Set Lunch Menu and the Samurai Set Dinner Menu at the restaurant in Ship Street, Brighton . Lunch menu highlights include dumplings and crispy duck spring rolls to start.
For mains, dishes include salt and pepper beef steak, wok fried char siu pork belly and saamjang robata chicken, all served with steamed rice and wok fried greens for the table. Guests can indulge in a decadent dessert for the full Ivy Asia experience with either soft serve ice cream with mango sauce and coconut, doughnuts, or coconut panna cotta (additional £5per person for dessert).
