SHE was nicknamed the ‘Ketamine Queen’ of north Hollywood and has been accused of playing a pivotal role in the death of Matthew Perry. Jasveen Sangha , 41, has been charged in connection with the Friends star’s accidental overdose at the age of 54, in October last year, alongside four others. The Los Angeles resident, who has dual US and British citizenship, has denied 18 drugs charges including one relating to supplying Perry a fatal dose of ketamine .

Online Sangha appeared to live a lavish lifestyle - recently holidaying in high-end resorts in Tokyo and Mexico , wearing Chanel and Luis Vuitton gear, and partying with Hollywood's glitziest circles including celebrity Charlie Sheen . But now the charges against her seem to paint a different picture - alleging her high life was funded by drug dealing. Texts revealed in her indictment claimed she would “only deal with high end and celeb” clients and stored drugs at her North Hollywood home, dubbed “Sangha’s Stash house”.

It’s claimed Sanga supplied 25 vials of ketamine to Perry on October 24, four days before his death, and previously boasted of the drug being “high quality”, adding: “It’s unmarked but it’s amazing.” After the actor’s death was reported, she messaged one of her alleged co-conspirators saying “delete all our messages” which has been interpreted as an attempt to destroy evidence.

After seizing her phone, police claimed to have found footage of her “cooking” ketamine and conversations related to “selling pressed methamphetamine pills and ketamine”. In one message, she demanded “958,51” to be sent to her PayPal account for drugs and noted: “I think you’ll like these but remember they’re double strength.” Others charged alongside Sangha are doctors Salvador Plascencia, 42, and Mark Chavez, 54, drug dealer Eric Fleming, 54, and Kenneth Iwamasa, 59, who was Perry’s live-in assistant.

Photographs on her Instagram page show her wearing Van Cleef & Arpels jewellery as well as Louis Vuitton sneakers and Chanel clothing. She has a family that cares for her.

She has never been the type of person who needed money One pal, who was gobsmacked by the drug dealing claims, told the Daily Mail : “She’s always in the nicest designer clothes.” On Instagram, Sangha was seen enjoying caviar inside private jet lounge at Los Angeles International Airport and enjoying lush holidays . In November last year, two weeks after Perry died, Sangha was seen sipping lychee martinis at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, in Tokyo, where suites cost nearly £1,500 a night.

Four months later in February, Sangha was sunning herself by a pool at a beachfront residence in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and shared selfies drinking more cocktails. When she was back on US soil, she appeared to lap-up LA lifestyle and wellness fads including IV drips after late-night parties and ‘sound healing’ sessions. A-list pals Sangha appears to hang out in high circles in Los Angeles and has been pictured with several celebrities.

Late September 2023 : Dr Salvador Plasencia, 42, of Santa Monica allegedly learned that Matthew Perry was interested in obtaining ketamine. 30 September 2023 : Plasencia contacted Dr Mark Chavez, 54, of San Diego, for help obtaining ketamine. Chavez agreed, and the two doctors met in Costa Mesa for the purchase.

Plasencia allegedly went to Perry's home in Los Angeles and injected him with ketamine, leaving at least one vial and multiple syringes behind. 2 October 2023 : Plasencia allegedly returned to Perry's residence, injected him with more ketamine, and sold him additional supplies. 4 October 2023 : Chavez allegedly sold more ketamine to Plasencia, who then sold more to Perry.

10 October 2023 : After arranging another transaction, Plasencia told Chavez he had just injected Perry with more ketamine in a car parked in Long Beach. 12 October 2023 : Plasencia allegedly administered more ketamine to Perry, causing his blood pressure to spike and leaving him physically frozen, unable to speak or move. 13 October 2023 : Chavez revealed he was under investigation by the California Board of Medicine over missing ketamine lozenges prescribed in another patient's name, which were allegedly provided to Perry.

28 October 2023 : Perry was found unresponsive in his hot tub and later died. His death was termed an accident, related to ketamine ingestion with drowning as a contributing factor. Chavez allegedly called Plasencia to discuss whether the ketamine they provided may have caused Perry's death.

3 November 2023 : Perry's private funeral was held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles, attended by his "Friends" co-stars, family, and other friends. 15 December 2023 : The coroner stated that Perry died from the acute effect of ketamine, with drowning, coronary artery disease, and buprenorphine effects listed as contributing factors. 15 August 2024 : Charges were announced against five people in connection with Perry's death, with three already agreeing to plead guilty to federal drug charges.

They include in December 2021, when the pair were pictured aboard a private jet, sipping champagne and enjoying a feast of luxury cheeses. A fan of house and dance music events, Sangha is regualrly pictured at warehouse raves and often seen next to the DJ booths. She said: “She knows a lot of people in the industry. She and I have been to the Golden Globes and the Oscars. There’s a lot of celebrities she was mingling with.

” Many have been shocked by the recent claims about Sangha - especially as she maintained a seemingly normal life online and in person. Just hours before her arrest, she boasted about a new haircut where she showed of flowing purple and pink highlights in her hair.
