Raksha Bandhan, the festival that celebrates the special bond between brothers and sisters. We spoke with two stars from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH), the show produced by Rajan Shahi, Manthan Setia and Sharon Varma , who shared their fondest Raksha Bandhan memories and discussed the integration sequence they recently shot with the cast of Anupamaa. Here's what they had to say: Manthan Setia said, "Of course, it's a festival full of emotions and love, and in my case, my sister, who is getting married near the end of the year, is not in town at the time of Raksha Bandhan because she had to do some preparations for the wedding.

So that's why we had to do the Raksha Bandhan ceremony before the date, but it doesn’t matter when you do it. It’s about the love, and of course, as a brother, we should protect and support our sisters all the time. So for me, Raksha Bandhan is every day.

About the shoot that we did with the cast of Anupamaa, it was very nice. Everybody was so happy. It was a very nice and energetic atmosphere, and we met new people.

The cast of Anupamaa are great people. We had a lot of pressure because it was a very big episode that we had to clear in the time of three days, but we did it, and yes, it was very nice. I liked it very much.

" Sharon Varma said "For me, Raksha Bandhan is a really exciting festival because I have a huge family and many relatives. I also have a lot of cousin brothers, so I get a lot of gifts. And of course, who doesn’t like surprises and gifts? I have cousin brothers who don’t live here; they stay a bit far from my place.

So, during the Raksha Bandhan last to last year, they pranked me by saying that they wouldn’t be able to come. And of course, they mean a lot to me, so I was really upset. But then they surprised me by showing up on Raksha Bandhan, and that’s the best memory I have of this festival so far.

Talking about the Raksha Bandhan sequence in the show, it was really amazing because last time, during the maha episode on the occasion of Makar Sankranti with *Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si*, I couldn’t attend as I was giving my exams. But in the past nine months, this was my first experience where two shows worked together, and then this maha episode was created. So overall, it was a nice experience for the first time for me.

The entire direction team and actors from both shows were amazing, and the way everyone cooperated and worked so well was really enjoyable. It was a really nice and new experience for me." Raksha Bandhan is more than just a day of rituals; it’s a celebration of love, trust, and the unique relationship between siblings.

For the stars of *Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai*, it’s not only a personal celebration but also an opportunity to bring this beautiful tradition to life on screen. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on location: Abhira & Armaan enjoy romantic moments together.
