Tupac Shakur’s family recently tapped New York attorney Alex Spiro to investigate whether there might be a connection between P Diddy and the death of the late 90s rap star. The California Love rapper was gunned down at 25 while he was driving in Las Vegas, Nevada, in September 1996. Almost a week after Tupac had been shot, the hip-hop icon succumbed to his fatal injuries, dying on September 13, 1996.
Nearly 30 years after the Juice star was murdered, ex-gang leader Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested in September 2023. The same month he was arrested Keefe D was charged with one count of murder with a deadly weapon in connection to the shooting. He has pleaded not guilty.
