The Cornish Italian, based in Ruan Highlanes, will run the celebration, which will feature the high-energy swing tunes of King Dinosaur Band, starting tonight (Thursday, November 7) and running to Saturday, November 9. Its refurbishment has expanded its dining options and added a pasta bar where guests can enjoy handcrafted pasta made fresh daily. Ugo Massabo, owner and head chef, said: "Our mission has always been to create a space where guests feel like family, experiencing true Italian flavours with a modern Cornish twist and now able to see our chefs live.
