Travis Kelce seemingly has fatherhood on his mind. Kelce, who has been dating Taylor Swift since summer 2023, joked about having children to “become brilliant” while hosting a recent episode of his Prime Video show, Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? In a segment that aired Tuesday, November 19, retired NFL quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick — a guest on the game show — remarked that being a parent makes you “wiser,” causing Kelce to become curious. “Is that what happens when you have kids? You get smarter?” Kelce, 35, replied, to which Fitzpatrick, 41, nodded.
“Man, that’s all I had to do to become brilliant?” Kelce asked. “Just have a baby!” Fitzpatrick responded. That’s music to many Swifties’ ears.
Swift, 34, and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end have been going strong for more than a year, sparking engagement chatter along the way. Her absence came after the singer performed her third Eras Tour concert in Toronto the previous evening and ahead of further shows in the city this week as her tour winds toward its final night in Vancouver on December 8. Swift is scheduled to be back at Toronto.
