Travelex, a leader in the foreign exchange sector, has unveiled an upgraded Travelex Money Card (TMC) application designed to enhance the user experience with its simplicity, efficiency, and security enhancements. This freshly crafted app supplants the previous version, offering intuitive navigation and streamlined functionality.
Users can now view real-time wallet balances and recent transactions directly on the main screen, and performing currency exchanges and card top-ups has become significantly easier. The revamped app is now the preferred interface for managing the TMC, with approximately 250,000 Travelex clients regularly utilizing a TMC, and 80% of these customers managing their cards through the app. Existing users can transition to the new version by downloading the latest update.
The application allows complete management of the prepaid Travelex Money Card, enabling users to add funds in up to 22 different currencies, review their spending history and balances, and temporarily lock and unlock their card for enhanced security. The app also provides access to card details, such as the PIN, and integrates with mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
