The former TOWIE star, 32, built up a £6million fortune as director of footwear company Mallet London but looked on the verge of tears as he opened up about his fraught relationship with business partners over contracts. Speaking in the Instagram post on Saturday, he explained: 'I'm gonna come on and address something cos I'm trying to push the positivity.

'I've been going through a really tough time. Legally. With a business that I had a big part in building something I still own .

'So with me resigning as a director because I was in a toxic relationship, struggling with my mental wealth. That has now sparked something'. He said: ' All my money is in the business, all my kids' money for the future, my wife's pregnant. I'm up against it. I've been fighting this for a long time now.

'It's not like I ain't going to get it back. I'll get this back faster than you've ever seen. 'But when your kid's growing up and you've got to start worrying about payment for things, you've got these greedy people trying to take things for free.

'So now people you're probably going to watch a terrible battle between two people's egos which don't need to happen ...

I can't give into this one.' The Baby Steps star concluded his post by vowing that he would 'get his money' eventually and will use his voice and platform to keep talking about the situation. He said: 'So update on my situation as a lot of people are asking, I'm fighting to get my money out of something.

'I'll get it, but one thing they can't take, with injunctions and legal letters, is my voice. I have a right to speak about my situation.' The reality star vowed: ''It's not like I ain't going to get it back.

' Tommy, who has son Brody with Georgia, married his co-star in December last year after popping the question in 2022. Tommy captioned his post with a candid comment about 'fighitng' to get out what he had invested and Georgia rushed ti oraise Tommy recently opened up about how he had 'sold everything' to try to clear a missive tax bill He continued: 'It's probably not over, but as it stands I can work and support my family' Tommy previously admitted he couldn't hope with the attack due to his personal issues, writing: 'Normally we are used to this but not on the same year as my wife having a miscarriage and me feeling weak Georgia replied to the video in the comments, where she noted that he can 'hold his head high' because his only acting in the best interests of his family. Tommy sold his luxury footwear brand Mallet last year after launching in 2015 and making more than £11.

8million in sales in one year, making him one of the ITV 's show's most successful exports. The entrepreneur's success skyrocketed and he was named on Forbes' 30 under 30 list for Europe in the retail and ecommerce category in 2021. However in stark contrast, Tommy admitted he had 'nothing left' in December last year after quitting the footwear business months earlier.
