EXCLUSIVE TOWIE star transformations from Mario Falcone's eyelid surgery to Bobby Norris undergoing 360 liposuction as Essex cast shock with their changing appearances By Sarah Packer, Chief Showbiz Reporter Published: 09:13 BST, 10 August 2024 | Updated: 09:22 BST, 10 August 2024 e-mail View comments The cast of TOWIE quickly became known for their beauty when the reality series burst onto the scene 13 years ago. From golden spray tans, fake eyelashes, and acrylic nails to former salon owner Amy Childs , 34, introducing the vajazzle to the masses, the Essex stars were always pruned to perfection. But now, as cosmetic surgery and the use of Botox and filler has become widespread, TOWIE favourites including Mario Falcone, 36, and Bobby Norris , 37, are experimenting even more with their looks, with some fans saying it's hard to recognise them at all.

This week, father-of-two Mario revealed the results of his upper and lower eye surgery while his former co-star Bobby has also undergone an upper left blepharoplasty, as well as having fat removed from his cheeks, liposuction underneath his chin and '360 body liposuction.' Here MailOnline takes a look at the changing appearances of the image-obsessed TOWIE stars with the help of cosmetic surgery expert Dr Mo Hamed, who specialises in natural aesthetics. Mario Falcone , 36 Mario Falcone shocked his followers with his new appearance this week after sharing the results of his recent upper and lower eye surgery He made the decision to go ahead with the surgery after feeling self-conscious about his hooded eyelids and under eye bags, which he says have worsened after having two children Mario Falcone shocked his followers with his new appearance this week after sharing the results of his recent upper and lower eye surgery.

The former TOWIE womaniser, who left the series in 2014 after four years, revealed the cosmetic treatment cost him £3,700 and said the procedure didn't hurt and was done under local anaesthetic. He made the decision to go ahead with the surgery after feeling self-conscious about his hooded eyelids and under eye bags, which he says have worsened after having two children. Mario said: 'It was about 10 days for the swelling and bruising to subside and then I was back to my normal activities of being out in public without big sunglasses on.

'I had it done because I have always been conscious of it. I had quite heavy hooded eyelids and they just seemed to get worse especially since having the kids, I just felt like I looked really tired and maybe a bit older than what I actually am. 'The bags under my eyes, when I looked at pictures was something that I noticed.

I wanted to look more refreshed and younger.' Mo, who's the owner of Dr Motox Clinic in London, added: 'There is no other treatment other than blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) that would have given Mario the results he desired after feeling unhappy with his heavy eyelids, saggy under eyes and puffiness. 'While it is a simple procedure, it is non-reversible so can't be changed if the client isn't satisfied with the finished look.

'Mario is clearly someone who takes care of their appearance after previously having a nose job so he is no stranger to having surgical enhancements. 'His fanbase are saying he looks different, which is a combination of him maturing over time, plus his eyes are still healing and there is still some visible inflammation from the procedure.' Bobby Norris, 37 Bobby joined TOWIE in 2012 and became known for his friendship with Gemma Collins and romances with the likes of ex Harry Derbidge In recent weeks, Bobby has been forced to shut down speculation he's undergoing gender reassignment surgery after having multiple cosmetic treatments Bobby Norris joined TOWIE in 2012 and became known for his friendship with Gemma Collins and romances with the likes of ex Harry Derbidge.

In recent weeks, Bobby has been forced to shut down speculation he's undergoing gender reassignment surgery after having multiple cosmetic treatments. Confirming his recent procedures, which has seen Bobby appear on Instagram wearing a post surgery compression strap and oversized sunglasses, he said: 'I've had upper left blepharoplasty, an upper eye lid surgery. 'I've had my buccal fat removed from my cheeks, I've had liposuction under my chin and 360 body liposuction.

' Speaking on FUBAR Radio show Access All Areas this week, Bobby said his mental health had plummeted after he was unable to exercise following the results of a 'nasty accident', where his leg was left in a splint. He explained: 'So, by nature of not being able to drive, of not being able to walk, not being able to train, my body changed and had a knock-on effect on my mental health, I could feel it deteriorating. Because for me, gym isn't just about how I look it's so good for my head.

' He has previously admitted to 'falling down the rabbit hole of having fillers' after being offered free treatments during his time on TOWIE. Last year, Bobby spoke about the realisation he had gone 'too far', admitting: 'Sometimes you aren't aware of how you look until you see certain pictures or a paparazzi shot. I don't look like me anymore.

' Mo told MailOnline: 'When Bobby started on TOWIE, he was very baby faced, given his young age, with minimal to no treatments. 'Throughout the years, he's had multiple cosmetic procedures including Botox, jawline filler, and cheek filler but now Bobby has taken his adjustments to the next level by undergoing surgical, non-reversible enhancements. 'He has recently spoken about having his buccal fat removed, which is where a surgeon takes the fat between your cheek bones and your jawline to give the client a more contoured and sunken in model appearance and chiselled jawline.

'But the longterm impact of losing your buckle fat pad can be disastrous because it can help to give the face a more youthful look as you get older. Bobby has also described having 360 liposuction, where he would have had fat taken from his abdomen, the flanks and his back.' Lauren Goodger, 37 And earlier this year, TOWIE original Lauren Goodger returned to the show that made her famous almost seven years after her dramatic exit Aesthetics practitioner Mo said: 'Lauren has recently experimented with the butterfly lip filler trend, which is favoured by the likes of Katie Price' Her on/off relationship with ex-fiancé Mark Wright and their TV engagement will go down in history after viewers became gripped by their turbulent romance.

And earlier this year, TOWIE original Lauren Goodger returned to the show that made her famous almost seven years after her dramatic exit. In the past, the mother has admitted to having a breast augmentation and Brazilian Butt Lift as well as lip filler and Botox. Mo explained: 'Lauren trained as an aesthetics practitioner herself so knows exactly how Botox and filler works.

'She has recently experimented with the butterfly lip filler trend, which is favoured by the likes of Katie Price. 'It appears Lauren hasn't had any surgical procedures to her face, she has instead relied on cheek and lip filler, which she has used to contour her face shape. 'The regular, overuse of filler can often give a less youthful appearance and can look beyond the realms of natural, which is where Lauren has to be cautious, unless she's going for a more overdone look.

' Chloe Brockett, 23 Chloe has previously discussed the 'pressures' of looking 'perfect' on TV and her desire to have bigger lips, before having a non-surgical nose job Chloe admitted to having facial fillers before joining the Essex cast but she became more aware her looks during filming Chloe Brockett became a TOWIE regular in 2019 at the age of 18 before leaving the show earlier this year. The reality star has undergone several boob jobs, documenting the surgeries on her Instagram profile. She has previously discussed the 'pressures' of looking 'perfect' on TV and her desire to have bigger lips, before having a non-surgical nose job.

Chloe admitted to having facial fillers before joining the Essex cast but she became more aware her looks during filming. Mo explained: 'In my opinion, Chloe has tried to achieve a more defined jawline with filler, which from the front can make the appearance of your face look wider and masculine. 'Her cheeks are very filled and contoured, which could be the look she is aiming for with non-surgical enhancements.

'It looks like her lip filler may have migrated, which is when the filler moves outside of the lip line and can give the appearance of an uneven shape.' Ella Eae Wise, 24 Despite her young age, Ella has undergone a number of cosmetic enhancements including Botox, lip filler, and having a boob job to improve her self-esteem Ella Rae Wise burst onto the Essex scene in 2019 when she was just 20 years old. She has since become a fan favourite after romancing the likes of Pete Wicks and Dan Edgar, with the couple's fling still going strong.

Despite her young age, Ella has undergone a number of cosmetic enhancements including Botox, lip filler, and having a boob job to improve her self-esteem. Speaking about her breast augmentation, she said: 'It was more of a confidence thing. I feel like if I had my underwear on or if I had my bra on, like no bra ever fitted me.

I know it's more 'in' to be quite flat-chested but I do feel like a woman. 'Say I was to go to a beach with other girls, I wouldn't walk in feeling good. I walked in wanting to go home because I didn't feel confident enough in my body.

' Aesthetics expert Mo added: 'Ella is naturally a beautiful woman and her enhancements look striking. 'Her non-surgical treatments are in the realms of the maximum she can achieve to emphasise her looks. 'She's evidently had lip and chin filler to define her jawline but it has been subtly applied.

' Amy Childs, 34 Amy has been open about how the pressures of constantly looking glamorous spiralled into a cosmetic surgery addiction She warned the younger generation of her struggles in BBC documentary I've Been There in 2020, speaking about the regrets of her cosmetic surgeries Amy Childs was an original member of the TOWIE cast when the show launched in 2010. At the age of 19, she made the vajazzle popular after giving the treatment in her Essex salon, where she worked as a beautician. But she has been open about how the pressures of constantly looking glamorous spiralled into a cosmetic surgery addiction and admitted she had 'ruined her life' by going overboard with lip fillers.

She previously said: 'When I started having these cosmetic surgeries, I was getting addicted. I got so addicted to lip fillers, I regret having cosmetic surgery so young. 'My mum and dad told me I looked like a freak and I cried, I couldn't believe the surgeries I was having.

..' Mo said: 'Initially Amy was very baby faced on the show due to her young age but she started to have treatments done when the Botox trend first boomed.

'We entered an era where cosmetic treatments were starting to attract reality stars and they could even have work done free of charge. 'Amy has had a lot of her enhancements reversed over the years and especially since becoming a mother but still maintains her image with filler in her cheeks and lips and regular Botox.' James Lock, 37 James has been open about experiencing body dysmorphia, describing the condition as a 'constant battle with yourself' and not being able to 'see what other people are seeing' The reality star suffered a horrific accident during filming of TV series The Challenge UK where his face was fractured and badly bruised TOWIE regular James Lock signed up to the show in 2013 and became known for his on/off relationship with Yazmin Oukhellou.

He also enjoyed romances with former co-star Danielle Armstrong and Love Island contestant Megan Barton-Hanson. James has documented his surgical treatments over the years, revealing he's had his ears and teeth 'done' as well as a hair transplant before going under the knife again to improve the overlook of his face following a gruesome injury. The reality star suffered a horrific accident during filming of TV series The Challenge UK where his face was fractured and badly bruised, resulting in him having under eye surgery and a nose job.

James has admitted while his injuries were severe, he also got 'carried away' with having surgical procedures. He said: 'I started off with a hair transplant. I've had my ears done before.

I've had my teeth done...

Recently I've done another TV show and I injured myself a little bit and the injuries were bad but they probably weren't as bad as the problems I created in my head. 'So, I've gone and had my eyes done, my nose done and then you just get carried away. 'It's a constant battle with yourself and even though you're looking in the mirror, you're not seeing what other people are seeing.

' Harry Derbidge, 30 The reality favourite, who rejoined TOWIE the same year, has been open about overcoming an eating disorder and says after 'working hard' on himself, he feels better than ever Harry Derbidge was a TOWIE original after joining the show alongside cousin Amy Childs when he was just 17 years old. While his appearance has notably changed throughout the years, partly due to natural ageing, Harry remains firm he hasn't had any filler or Botox in his face. In 2020, he said: 'The only thing I have had done is a tiny bit of lip filler.

.. I haven't had any lip filler or Botox in my face.

' The reality favourite, who rejoined TOWIE the same year, has been open about overcoming an eating disorder and says after 'working hard' on himself, he feels better than ever. Cosmetic surgery expert Mo believes Harry may have experimented with non-surgical enhancements since speaking about his appearance four years ago. Mo said: 'Harry first joined TOWIE when he was a teenager so now looks very different having reached his 30s.

'Over time, he has experimented with jaw and cheek filler, as well as Botox, which has given his face a fuller appearance. 'His chin was more set back when he was younger but now it appears significantly different due to a combination of multiple aesthetic treatments and natural ageing.' Chloe Sims, 42 Chloe has been open throughout the years about her cosmetic procedures including having two breast augmentations, a Brazilian Butt Lift, veneers and a thread lift to combat ageing skin In recent years, Chloe has moved from Essex and started a new life in Los Angeles, where she films her reality series House of Sims Chloe Sims was the longest serving TOWIE cast member after being on the show for a decade.

The reality star left Essex in 2021 after launching her own reality series House of Sims alongside her brother Charlie, and sisters Frankie and Demi, with the family relocating to Los Angeles. Mother-of-one Chloe has been open throughout the years about her cosmetic procedures including having two breast augmentations, a Brazilian Butt Lift, veneers and a thread lift to combat ageing skin. Mo said: 'Chloe has had treatments to lift and reduce heaviness in her face over time including chin, jawline, and lip treatments.

'She looks significantly different to her younger image due to her non-surgical enhancements while her veneers have also altered the appearance of her face shape.' Junaid Ahmed, 29 Junaid Ahmed joined the ITVBe series in 2022 as former star Yazmin Oukhellou's close friend Since finding fame, Junaid has undergone a number of cosmetic procedures, both surgical and non-surgical Junaid Ahmed joined the ITVBe series in 2022 as former star Yazmin Oukhellou's close friend. Since finding fame, Junaid has undergone a number of cosmetic procedures, both surgical and non-surgical.

In December last year, he revealed the results of a nose job, explaining to his followers that he always felt self-conscious about his appearance after being cruelly beaten by school bullies. He has also admitted to having a hair transplant in London as well as chin liposuction at a Turkish clinic. He wrote: 'I'm a very confident individual but my nose has been an insecurity of mine for years.

My nose was broken twice when I was in school by bullies so it was always something I knew I needed to have fixed but just too scared to do it.' Mo added: 'Junaid is someone who hasn't been afraid to have surgical and non-surgical treatments to change his appearance. 'He's had a nose job and liposuction and experimented with cheek and lip filler to enhance his features.

'Over the years, Junaid gone through stages where he has dissolved his filler and opted for a more natural look but in recent months he's gone back to having regular treatments, which has given more contour to his cheeks, jawline and plumpness to his lips.'
