The former couple — whose nine-year relationship ended in wake of his bombshell affair with Rachel Leviss in March 2023 — purchased the house together in LA's Valley Village neighborhood back in 2019 for $2million.
Despite his infidelity, Sandoval refused to leave the home and they continued to live under the same roof for months, only communicating via a mediator. The Vanderpump Rules stars could not agree on what to do with the shared property. Madix stood firm on selling it while Sandoval hoped to buy her out of her share of the home, which she refused.
Earlier this year, Madix filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, asking a judge to force the sale of the home. Sandoval rejected the request weeks later. 'The house is going on the market.
