Toxicology testing determined Roth tested positive for diphenhydramine, also known as Benadryl, and mitragynine, an alkaloid that can be used for pain management, and was negative for alcohol, according to the report. "An expanded toxicology panel sent to the Drug Enforcement Agency was performed which did not reveal additional substances," the medical examiner's office wrote in the report.
