Dubbed the “world’s first gourmet chain food festival,” the event is an outgrowth of Chain, a West Hollywood restaurant that holds short-lived pop-ups that usually sell out rapidly. The food is usually elevated versions of food served in restaurant chains such as Taco Bell and Chili’s Grill & Bar . This year’s ChainFest will feature .
