The Miami Dolphins are hurting for certain. But what else is new over the last two years for this team? The initial injury report for Dolphins' Monday night tilt with the Tennessee Titans was released on Thursday afternoon, and the results aren't all that encouraging for a few key players. LT Terron Armstead and CB Kendall Fuller are both dealing with concussions and missed practice on Thursday.

Mike McDaniel noted in his comments earlier in the day that Armstead said he's feeling better, but he acknowledged that they'll clearly follow the protocol. So it's wait and see mode for both of those two. LB David Long, Jr.

missed practice with a hamstring injury. If he's unable to get back on the field on Friday, that's a bad sign for his availability on Monday. Special teams ace Siran Neal also is laboring with a hamstring injury that kept him out.

CB Storm Duck is dealing with a shoulder injury as well. If some combination of Duck, Neal, and Fuller miss the game, then the Dolphins would likely have to dip into their practice squad to bring up Nik Needham and/or Isaiah Johnson for the game. QB Skylar Thompson was able to practice in a limited fashion as he deals with a rib injury.

McDaniel referenced the injury as "pretty painful" during his press conference, so his ability to progress and operate during practice on Friday without having to be limited will be key in projecting his availability - or whether Tyler Huntley will draw the start against Tennessee.
