Here’s a look at what is happening this week at the Johnson City Public Library. LIBRARY NEWS Local artist Robert Phelps' exhibit, "Living Color: The Playful Palette," is on display in the library's Galleria until Dec. 9.

Phelps is known for his paintings of pets, farm and wild animals, and murals. FOR CHILDREN Middle Grade Graphic Novel Club meets Monday at 6 p.m.
